Dual umbrella holders allow the umbrella to be placed on either side of the console. The cell phone holder provides a slot so a charging plug can be used when a phone is in place. The adjustable, universal upper bag bracket works equally well for cart or stand bags. Bags are secured to the cart with adjustable bungee cords on the upper and lower brackets.
