How does it save space Stroops Spine is mounted directly in to studs on your wall and only come off the wall about 6″. It is perfect for a home gym or studio and takes up minimal space once mounted. Whats is the Spine made of Stroops 48and 78Spines are manufactured with 1.5schedule 40 American steel. The Stroops Mini Spine is manufactured with 1x 0.65 American Steel. All Spines are finished with a matte black industrial powder coating. How much weight is the spine rated for Stroops spine 48and 78are rated for up to 250lbs of resistance. The mini spine is rated for 150lbs of resistance. This should cover almost all resistance bands currently on the market.
