Using Shimano’s new MICRO SPLINE freehub body and HYPERGLIDE+ tooth profile, these 10-45 and 10-51T cassettes deliver advanced shifting performance. The improved driving efficiency and stable shifting is provided by the Rhythm Step gear progression, saving you energy and helping you maintain your rhythm on the trail. Rhythm is the essence of smooth power transfer and proper gear step is the key to maintaining rhythm over varied terrain. XT M8100 provides the optimal balance of lightweight, durability, and value. The combination of aluminum and steel sprockets saves weight. Available in 10x45T or 10x51T gear ranges. Please note: only compatible with new Microspline hubs, these will not fit on traditional Shimano HG hubs.
