The 34 fork is an ideal solution for 120-140mm travel offering the best combination of weight, stiffness, and strength for your bike, your trails, and your ride. Factory The Genuine Kashima Coat upper tube finish is slippery smooth and ultra-durable. GRIP2 The updated Grip2 damper, which now features Fox’s Variable Valve Control (VVC) technology in both the high speed rebound circuit as well as the high speed compression circuit. Instead of pre-loading the shim-stack, VVC effectively stiffens the shims, accomplishing very close to the same thing as opening the fork and changing the shim stack itself. With four adjustments – high and low speed compression and rebound damping – the Grip2 equipped 34 is ideal for the new crop of “down-country” aggressive XC/Trail bikes that have sprung on to the scene. Float EVOL The EVOL (Extra Volume) air spring gives forks plushness off the top, extra mid-stroke support, and more tunable bottom-out progression, allowing riders to tap into the ideal pairing of front and rear-end feel. EVOL also increases negative air spring volume, specifically positioned and sized for optimum small bump sensitivity. FIT4 In its fourth generation, our patented FIT4 closed cartridge system provides three on-the-fly compression damping positions—Open, Medium, and Firm—to adapt to varying trail conditions.
