Cap Barbell Olympic Grip Plate

Built to last, these CAP Barbell 2 -inch Olympic Grip Weight Plates are crafted from solid cast iron with a machined center hole and coated with a durable black baked enamel finish. The enamel coating adds a layer of protection to help prevent the weight plates from rusting and will last through grueling workouts, the raised numbers help to easily identify the plates weight sizes. Featuring three grip holes, these weights are easy to load and unload from bars or presses. Use these weights by themselves or on a bar to perform muscle strengthening exercises and endurance training, and to increase flexibility and balance. A single weight plate can also be used for warm up exercises. These Olympic grip weight plates are available in 2.5 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb, 25 lb, 35 lb and 45 pounds.
