Bicep Board Mark Bell

The Super Training Bicep Board from Mark Bell Sling Shot is a unique accessory, used in conjunction with a standard dumbbell, that enables the athlete to more effectively isolate their biceps while curling. The board itself measures 22” long x 9.5” wide, and features a solid ABS construction with a 1.5” insertion slot for the dumbbell handle + an embedded safety latch.
