The power lies in its simplicity: Simply adjust the height to your desired level (4”, 6” or 8”) and execute a host of exercises, including box jumps, push-ups, leg lifts, squats and planks. Possibilities with the 3-Level Step are nearly endless. The 3-Level Aerobic Step includes online access to two, expert-guided workout videos that help you learn all the essential moves. In the Basic Cardio workout, trainer Tiana demonstrates how to use your Step for stretching, lower-body toning and other simple exercises.
