The 10kg/22lb rear-wheel drive is effective at storing kinetic energy, which in turn maintains momentum and creates smooth, quiet elliptical movement. You can easily adjust the intensity of your workout by using the quick resistance keys located on the fixed dumbbells to select one of 24 levels of electronic resistance. The X-21’s console has 12 pre-installed fitness programs and 4 user-defined programs to maintain the varied challenge and ensure you are fully motivated to achieve your fitness goals. Upgrade your training regime even further by syncing the X-21 with Kinomap to take part in a series of challenges and videos in scenic motion or even compete with friends in multiplayer mode. The crystal clear LCD screen helps you track your progress by providing real-time training data including speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, watts, RPM and endurance. Accurate heart rate data is also available via the built-in pocket sensors. A convenient tablet and smartphone stand has been integrated into the console to give you an optimal viewing angle when training on the X-21. You can also connect your device to the elliptical via Bluetooth and use the built-in speakers to immerse yourself in your favorite music, movies and boxes. With a step length of 38cm/15″, the X-21 is suitable for all user heights and is equipped with high grip footrests as well as dual action and fixed dumbbells, making it ideal for comfortable, low-impact fitness.
