The attachment works to keep you seated as you pull multiple reps on the Rack Mounted Lat Tower or as a unique leg roller helping provide leg strength, balance, and coordination performing one-leg squats, Bulgarian squats, and lunges. While focusing on Lat Pull Downs, the Leg Holder pad centers in the middle of the rack under the Lat Pull Down Bar. As a Leg Roller, the attachment mounts to the inside or outside of the power rack.
