J hooks are designed to hold barbells in place and can support several hundred pounds of weight. The weight plate holders and barbell holders are included to help keep your workout space clutter free and you can conveniently keep your weights within arm’s reach. By loading weight plates on the holders, it will help keep your Squat Stand firmly anchored to the ground. Resistance band rings are included so you can supplement weighted sessions with recovery work to keep your muscles loose and relaxed. Maximum weight capacity is 1000 pounds.
