The vibration platform provides a destabilizing surface, the Vive vibration platform improves balance, core strength, and flexibility by continuously stretching and contracting muscles to stabilize the body while vibrating. Integrating with the most popular workouts, the vibration platform also includes two removable resistance bands for upper body workouts. The sturdy platform is topped with a textured vibration plate for greater traction and is generously sized to easily accommodate any foot size. Full body vibration actively stretches and contracts the muscles effectively improving balance, core strength, and flexibility. The full-body vibration platform is generously sized to comfortably accommodate most shoe sizes, the vibration platform is lined with a textured, nonslip material.
