With a weight capacity of 500 pounds, these spotter arms can securely hold heavy weight loads. And to finish it off, the durable powder coat finish helps to prevent rust and corrosion. Simply adjust the spotter arms to achieve desired height for squats and lunges or bench pressing. Round peg diameter is 375” or 9. 5mm. Sold as a pair.
