Made from lightweight and tough high-density polyethylene that can be recycled and cleaned easily, this aerobic stepper has excellent stability and durability for a maximum weight capacity of 550 pounds. This gym-sized aerobic step measures L43 inches x W16.5 inches for the platform, making it safer and more functional than circuit steps. Four risers (2 on either side) allow you to easily adjust the stepper height from 4 inch to 6 inch to 8 inch. There is a non-skid and non-marking rubber foot on the bottom of the platform and risers. This aerobic step platform can be used on almost any solid surface, including hardwood, laminate flooring, tile, gravel, and carpet.
