Stretch strap measures six feet in length with eight grips. Each stretch strap comes with an instructional booklet. Each strap is made of professional grade nylon for durability. Straps are designed for beginner to experts for static stretching. Stretch straps are designed to help improve flexibility, range of motion, as well as aid in muscle recovery.
