You can also perform squats and lunges, working out your lower body while helping you maintain proper posture and challenging your endurance with each set. This bar has a black oxide finish that prevents wear and tear and features threaded ends and star collars. The knurling provides a secure, non-slip grip during workouts. The bar is ideal for use as a standalone weighted bar or with Standard 1-inch weight plates for a complete workout.
