Yet it is just as robust as regular standard tubes. The innovative, extremely flexible thermoplast material scores high with its extremely high resistance to punctures by nails, thorns, etc. The construction with reduced number of widely overlapping seams reduces the risk of rupture even more. Another asset is the environmentally friendly production of Tubolito tubes with very low use of water and reduced CO2 emission compared to conventional latex or butyl tubes.
