A mud-shedding SPD pedal built for the rigors of off road-riding. With SPD compatible shoes, you can harvest energy on the up-stroke for more power and control on the trail. Aluminum body with steel retention springs and plates; chrome-moly spindle with sealed bearing cartridge. Compact, two-sided design for easy clip-in. Adjustable clip release tension suits any preference. Better mud and debris shedding than any other pedal in its class. Includes Shimano SPD cleats, washers, and bolts for SPD compatible shoes. Follow all included instructions. Practice releasing and clipping in before trail riding. Weighs 380 g (per pair).
